1) Have personal experience notarizing more than 250 sets of real estate loan documents
2) Provide verifiable references with phone numbers from those who have hired you
3) Complete the eNewsletter Sign-Up Form to receive the information we feel necessary to maintain the highest levels of proficiency and professionalism
After completing the short subscription on this same page to the right, you will receive a separate email to "Confirm Your Subscription" in which you must click on the link to confirm to complete the process.
4) Execute the Realty Signatures Independent Contractors and Agreement & W9 Form (Below)
5) Provide copies of
a) Commission Letter/Certificate from your State,
b) Any required Bond(s),
c) Applicable Errors & Omissions Policies and
d) Certifications and Background Screens you have for GLB Compliance
