2) Provide verifiable references with phone numbers from those who have hired you
 
3) Execute the Realty Signatures Independent Contractors and Agreement & W9 Form (Below)

4) Provide copies of

a) Commission Letter/Certificate from your State,

b) Any required Bond(s), 

c) Applicable Errors & Omissions Policies and

d) Certifications and Background Screens you have for GLB Compliance
